My Story
Twenty-five years building quality organizations that scale.
I have spent 25 years building quality engineering organizations from the ground up, optimizing them, and shaping each one to the business it served, leading teams and platforms at Comcast, Walmart, and Wolters Kluwer. For the last decade and more, that work has lived inside regulated healthcare and life sciences, at UL's GxP and Part 11 training arm, at Wolters Kluwer Health, and at Walmart Health and Pharmacy.
I started at the lab bench as a certified medical technologist, so regulated environments are familiar ground, not a pivot. Today I bring that lens to the problem every regulated team now shares: proving that the AI they are deploying is controlled, documented, and defensible.
